A federal committee has kept the polar bear ranked as a species 'of special concern,' two steps down from 'endangered' and one down from 'threatened.'

OTTAWA -- The CRTC's controversial hearings on the future of Canadian television were brought to a close Thursday after nearly three weeks in which the giants and the small fry of the industry battled for survival and a bigger piece of the multi-billion dollar industry.

Previous sheeplore: Fuzzy Pigs and Out Like a Lamb. “News from Lake Wobegon” - A Prairie Home Companion is a classic radio show, although it’s a bit tired these days. I’ve heard about all the Guy Noir and Ketchup ads I care to hear. Luckily there’s a podcast just for the best part, Garrison Keillor’s monologue.

McCain says it never happened and he was loyal to Bush. "I voted for Bush in 2000 and 2004," he said in an interview with Fox News' "O'Reilly Factor" that aired on Thursday night. "And not only that, far more important than a vote, I campaigned everywhere in America for him," McCain said. "I enjoyed it. I campaigned with him.

I think that CNN's Glenn Beck is over-reacting a little bit when he attributes violence in video games to killing people although he makes some interesting points. Interesting comment by a 17-year-old who plays the game and thinks Beck is a little off: Pardon me, but i played gta4 religiously on my ps3 when i got it, and i have played all of the previous titles.
